Head of the department of pedagogy, psychology and primary education – The history of the department

09.12.2017, , teachers of the department Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Kantarbay S.Е. and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Seytenova S.S. joined the Corresponding Members of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences by decision of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan.

In the 2018-2019 academic year, a master’s degree was opened in the educational program 7M010200 – “Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education.” Areas of professional activity of graduate masters: The object of professional activity of the master of the educational program 7M010200 – “Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education” is the pedagogical process in all types of primary schools and methodical work in educational institutions.

• pedagogical process as an object of professional activity;
• diagnosis of the student’s personality, the study of the psychological and pedagogical aspects of his training, upbringing and development;
• organizational and technological activities (the possibilities of modern educational technologies in the organization of the educational process);
• pedagogical management (“subject-subject” interaction as the basis of modern pedagogical management);
• project activities (design and modeling of pedagogical systems in a comprehensive school);
• scientific and research (creative search in solving the problems of education, the study of pedagogical experience, reflection).

In the 2018-2019 academic year, doctoral studies were opened on the educational program 8D010200 – Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education. Area of ​​professional activity of the graduate doctoral student 8D010200 – Pedagogy and methodology of primary education The object of professional activity of the PhD student in the educational program is the pedagogical process, research and management activities in universities and secondary special education institutions. Degree: Doctor of PhD.

The department has highly qualified teaching staff in the educational programs 6B01301 – “Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education”, 6B01801 – “Social Pedagogy and Tutoring”, specialists with extensive scientific and practical experience in the field of primary school.

In general, at the Department of specialty 5B010200 – “Pedagogics and methods of primary education” and specialty 5B012300 – “Social pedagogics and self – knowledge” teach experienced professionals -highly qualified teaching staff.

Teacher of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Primary Education, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Salima Seitenova became the winner of the VI Republican independent public competition “The best teacher” of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan.

In May 2018, the senior teacher of the department Kenzhebekova N.A. was awarded by the Regional Trade Union Organization Certificate of Honor “For the fruitful work in the education system, pedagogical skills, and creative achievements in the development of the technology of the updated education”.

In the first half of the 2018-2019 academic year, from November 23 to December 5, the senior lecturer of the department, Master Kubiyeva V.A., under the program of International Academic Mobility, delivered public lectures at the Orenburg State Pedagogical University. Lectures on “Theory and methods of teaching of Russian language” were read for 3-year students of the specialty 5B010200 – “Pedagogy and methods of primary education”.

Within the framework of the program of academic mobility, our university from 23 November to 5 December was visited by lecturers, Assistant Professor of Orenburg State Pedagogical University, Khopreninova Valentina Alekseyevna. The teacher also read a course of lectures on the “Theory and methods of teaching of Russian language” for 3-year students of the specialty 5В010200 – “Pedagogics and methodology of primary education”. Students from both universities received a lot of useful scientific information, teachers shared their experiences.

November 29, 2018 in Aktobe Regional State University named after K.Zhubanov, by teachers of the department – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Seytenova S.S, senior teacher Dosmyrza R. G. – among students of 2-3 courses of the specialty “Pedagogy and methodology of primary education” was held a round table at which the article “Seven Facets of the Great Steppe” was discussed. The purpose of the event: discussion with young people of the President’s article “Seven Facets of the Great Steppe”, understanding current tendencies, modernization of historical consciousness. The round table showed the genuine interest of students in the problems and achievements of our young Republic, in its historical past and in the global tasks of the future.

January 31, 2019 at the Department of “Pedagogy, psychology and primary education” of the faculty of pedagogy of Aktobe regional state University. K. Zhubanova was held the event ” from childhood to the future.” This event was attended by Aktobe city school graduates № 1, 39, 38, 17, 21, 27, 23. Young people have freedom of choice and high claims.

The basis of knowledge is laid in the initial link and accompanied by the choice of profession. Graduates got acquainted with features of the specialty “Pedagogy and methodology of elementary education” and”Social pedagogy and self-knowledge”. According to the above specialties students who went on the program of academic mobility to foreign countries and cities of Kazakhstan shared with their experience and unforgettable impression. In addition, students talked about opportunities to participate in the START-UP project.
